About us

The Faerber Law Firm was founded by Utah attorney Jared Faerber to represent the rights of the injured in personal injury cases throughout Utah. Mr. Faerber has been practicing law since 1999 and is recognized by clients, the legal community and others for his advocacy skills, legal techniques and personal integrity. We have helped numerous people in Utah recover financially and emotionally from their injuries, and we can help you too.

Practice Approach
We provide personal and creative representation. We work to develop personal relationships with clients to truly understand their legal needs. A client is not just a number, but a unique individual with important insights and concerns. This approach allows us to see the value of each case and each individual. It allows us to spend the time necessary to carefully follow each matter and evaluate all possible avenues of financial recovery. This results in good outcomes and satisfied clients.

At The Faerber Law Firm, we take a client-centered approach:
First, we carefully select only a few cases at a time to pursue. This allows us to focus efforts and resources on these cases, not hundreds of claims that may get lost in the crowd.
Secondly, we accept primarily injury cases. This allows us to concentrate on this dynamic area of the law and stay current with the ever changing legal landscape.
Finally, we put the client first. We are available to clients, return calls as soon as possible, and strive to keep clients informed throughout the process. After all, it is your injury and your claim. Again, the client comes first.

Mr. Faerber has served as a chairperson on hundreds of pre-litigation screening panels for the Utah Department of Professional Licensing screening medical malpractice claims for merit along with physicians and hospital administrators. This experience has given him a unique insight into medical negligence claims.
